It was just a top selection for a short weekend trip in Paris with fantastic value for money. The front desk staff were friendly, but it took ages to get a drink. Don't expect much from the gym or the water supply in the room.

The breakfast offered variety of food and was above average. I appreciated the room, the bed was good. The location was best possible and nice, nedt to the periferical boulevard. Besides, it was short walk to metro and bus into the centre of Paris and taxi and bus stop and Tramway...

The hotel is very close to Paris, right next to the
Périphérique, made access to the city easy. The secured parking was a plus. The room needed some minor maintenance, and the heating wasn't very effective. A solid stay for a family vacation.

One of the worst managed of about a dozen Novotel hotels I have stayed in. The night staff was extremely rude. Out of the five rooms we had occupied none was catered with basic amenities. For a double occupancy room we were only provided one towel and for the second towel we actually had to chase the staff for hours. Air conditioner in three out of five rooms occupied by our group was not working and did not get repaired through out the stay of five nights. The drainage was chalked and the water in the shower as well as wash basin would get clogged and would take a good two minutes for it to be drained after a hand wash kind of a basic use. This also did not get repaired all through the stay. Our request to change the rooms was ignored and upon sending reminders was turned down by rude staff.

Pleasant stay without problems. Nice staff.
Access to public transport - infrequent buses and long walk to the underground

Clean.
Previous guest smoked inside the room, they refused to increase the air conditioner speed (it was blocked on the lowest speed) to clear the smoke, it took 2-3 days to get the air fresh in the room again. Location is very poor, on the peripheral boulevards, needs walking more than 1km until the nearest marginal metro station every time one would like to go in the city. WiFi not available in the room for free, needs to be payed, 4 Euro per hour extra. Parking costs 2 Euro per hour. Overall a poor experience, not worthy of the money charged.

All I expected (wide desk, deposit box, refrigerator, bathtub) at the booking was correctly equipped.
Wi-fi connection was tentatively not available, though it is not a fault of the hotel staff.

The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately!!! Room sizes felt cramped for a family!!! A lack of fresh air due to sealed windows was quite bothersome!!! Long wait times at reception really tested my patience!!!

We enjoyed visiting the local mall and exploring the nearby attractions. The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and bike rentals. Just a heads up, make sure to coordinate any early checkouts well in advance to avoid miscommunication.
On our last day, I mentioned needing a taxi and breakfast to go, but the morning staff seemed unaware, which caused a bit of stress.

Parking.
Hotel staff was rude, bossy. They need more people working at the hotel reception, had to wait 20 minutes to check in and check out.

Excellent breakfast and friendly service
The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of fresh options, setting us up nicely for our sightseeing each day. The staff were great, we had everything we needed. We found the room to be a bit on the small side for our family of four was nice.

Everything was nice, had a very nice stay on this visit. The location in a good looking area was best possible and nice and there were a large shopping centre and a shopping mall nearby. It was good to be 1 km away from Chipotle Mexican Grill, serving short-orders.
